O consecin\u0163\u0103 important\u0103 a acestui fenomen este faptul c\u0103 starea de s\u0103n\u0103tate fizic\u0103 \u015fi psihic\u0103 a oamenilor a avut de suferit, cu o contribu\u0163ie important\u0103 avut\u0103 de condi\u0163iile ergonomice inadecvate pentru lucrul \u015fi studiul de acas\u0103 a majorit\u0103\u0163ii celor care sunt \u00een aceast\u0103 situa\u0163ie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\">Societatea pentru Ergonomia \u015fi Managementul Mediului de lucru (<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/ergoworksociety.com\/\">https:\/\/ergoworksociety.com\/<\/a>), reprezentanta Rom\u00e2niei \u00een cadrul Federa\u021biei Europene a Societ\u0103\u021bilor de Ergonomie (Federation of European Ergonomics Societies, <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ergonomics-fees.eu\/\">https:\/\/www.ergonomics-fees.eu\/<\/a>) are \u00een curs elaborarea unui Ghid Ergonomic pentru Telemunca si Telestudii ale c\u0103rui principii se reg\u0103sesc \u00een continuare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><strong>Ergonomia<\/strong> se ocup\u0103 de rela\u021biile dintre <strong>om, echipament \u0219i mediul de lucru<\/strong> \u00een scopul \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birii <strong>performan\u021belor <\/strong>profesionale \u0219i a <strong>st\u0103rii de bine<\/strong> individuale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\">Conceptul de stare de bine \u201ewellbeing\u201d se refer\u0103 at\u00e2t la starea fizic\u0103, fiziologic\u0103 de s\u0103n\u0103tate c\u00e2t \u015fi la cea psiho-social\u0103 marcat\u0103 de sentimentele de satisfac\u021bie, dezvoltare, \u00eemplinire personal\u0103 \u0219i apartenen\u021b\u0103 la grup \u2013 comunitate prin contribu\u021bia personal\u0103 adus\u0103 acesteia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\">Un alt mod de a privii ergonomia este ca \u0219tiin\u021b\u0103 care potrive\u0219te <strong>locul de munc\u0103 \/ mediul de lucru \u0219i cerin\u021bele postului la lucr\u0103tor.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\">Din punct de vedere fizic, pentru telemunc\u0103 \/ telestudiu \u00a0avem nevoie de un habitat cu o conexiune sigur\u0103 la electricitate, internet, un terminal, cel mai adesea laptop, un scaun potrivit \u015fi o mas\u0103.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\">Frecvent, mai ales \u00een pandemie, telemunca se desf\u0103\u015foar\u0103 de acas\u0103. \u00cen cazul acesta, \u00een general, habitatul fizic, cu conexiune sigur\u0103 la electricitate \u015fi internet este asigurat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><strong>1. Amplasarea locului de munc\u0103 \u015fi\/sau studiu<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\">Amplasarea locului de munc\u0103 \/ studii, \u00een cas\u0103, este \u00eens\u0103 o provocare important\u0103, mai ales dac\u0103 telemunca se desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 pe un termen mai lung \u015fi nu este doar sporadic\u0103. Lucrurile se complic\u0103 foarte mult datorit\u0103 faptului c\u0103 majoritatea telemuncii \u015fi a telestudiului presupune teleconferin\u021be, iar casa, \u00een timpul pandemiei, \u00een multe cazuri, a devenit loc de munc\u0103 \u0219i studii pentru to\u021bi membrii familiei.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-large\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"245\" height=\"329\" class=\"wp-image-8489\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greenforest.ro\/old\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/image-1.png\" alt=\"image 1\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.greenforest.ro\/old\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/image-1.png 245w, https:\/\/www.greenforest.ro\/old\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/image-1-223x300.png 223w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 245px) 100vw, 245px\" \/><\/span><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\">\u00cen cazul teleconferin\u021belor, este bine ca ele s\u0103 se desf\u0103\u0219oare \u00eentr-un loc izolat de alte zgomote din cas\u0103, at\u00e2t pentru a nu perturba familia teleconferin\u021ba, c\u00e2t \u015fi pentru a nu deranja teleconferin\u0163a restul familiei. Pentru a elimina grija decorului de fundal se poate alege o imagine ca fundal a aplica\u021biei de video-conferin\u021b\u0103.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\">\u00cen cazul muncii concentrate, caracterizat\u0103 de pu\u021bine \u00eentreruperi telefonice se poate opta pentru folosirea unei camere comune de lucru pentru mai mul\u021bi membrii ai familiei. Astfel, capacitatea de concentrare poate avea de c\u00e2\u0219tigat dac\u0103 sunt mai multe persoane concentrate fiecare pe sarcina proprie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\">Pentru munca individual\u0103, \u00een m\u0103sura posibilit\u0103\u021bilor, este bine \u00een primul r\u00e2nd, s\u0103 fie o vedere spre exterior care s\u0103 ofere o panoram\u0103 asupra exteriorului, ceea ce ajut\u0103 creativitatea, imagina\u021bia, viziunea, pe de-o parte, iar pe de alt\u0103 parte ofer\u0103 posibilitatea odihnirii ochilor prin privirea spre un orizont c\u00e2t mai \u00eendep\u0103rtat. Un perete sau un corp de mobilier in spate ofer\u0103 un sentiment de siguran\u021b\u0103, la fel ca \u0219i masa din f\u00e2\u021b\u0103, al\u0103turi de controlul vizual asupra accesului \u00een camer\u0103.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><strong>2<\/strong>. <strong>Postura \u0219i lucrul pe scaun<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\">Capacitatea de concentrare intelectual\u0103 este cea mai mare \u00een postura a\u0219ezat pe scaun ca de altfel \u0219i consumul energetic al organismului. \u00cen acela\u0219i timp \u00eens\u0103, natural organismul uman nu func\u021bioneaz\u0103 optim prin men\u021binerea lui \u00eentr-o pozi\u021bie static\u0103 pe termen mai lung.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\">La lucrul a\u0219ezat pe scaun trei principii sunt esen\u021biale:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\">Distribuirea greut\u0103\u021bii corporale pe o suprafa\u021b\u0103 c\u00e2t mai mare pentru a evita concentrarea greut\u0103\u021bii \u0219i a tensiunii doar asupra unor puncte<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\">Men\u021binerea mi\u0219c\u0103rii c\u00e2t mai mult posibil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\">Men\u021binerea unor pozi\u021bii corporale c\u00e2t mai neutre, naturale pentru prevenirea tensiunilor, facilitarea circula\u021biei si evitarea solicit\u0103rii articula\u021biilor<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\">Pentru a avea condi\u021biile adecvate de lucru care s\u0103 r\u0103spund\u0103 acestor criterii este important s\u0103 folosi\u021bi un scaun ergonomic \u0219i s\u0103 urma\u021bi urm\u0103toarele recomand\u0103ri:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-large\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"154\" height=\"276\" class=\"wp-image-8490\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greenforest.ro\/old\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/image-2.png\" alt=\"image 2\" \/><\/span><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\">a) Atunci c\u00e2nd se st\u0103 pe scaun picioarele s\u0103 fie in contact cu pardoseala, pentru ca greutatea corporal\u0103 sa fie preluat\u0103 si de c\u0103tre picioare. Astfel, pentru ca scaunul s\u0103 fie adaptabil dimensiunilor antropometrice individuale trebuie s\u0103 fie reglabil \u00een \u00een\u0103l\u021bime (D si E).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\">b) \u00cen cazul \u00een care nu este posibil\u0103 adaptarea \u00een\u0103l\u021bimii scaunului \u0219i a biroului sincronizat este bine s\u0103 se foloseasc\u0103 un suport pentru picioare. Suportul pentru picioare este un instrument folositor si pentru evitarea tension\u0103rii articula\u021biilor picioarelor, iar \u00een cazul \u00een care se folose\u0219te \u00eenc\u0103l\u021b\u0103mintea cu tocuri efectele benefice ale sale sunt superioare.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\">c) Sprijinirea pe o suprafa\u021b\u0103 c\u00e2t mai mare a \u0219ezutului si a spatelui are o importan\u021b\u0103 major\u0103 pentru evitarea suprasolicit\u0103rii coloanei vertebrale. Astfel, \u0219ezutul \u0219i sp\u0103tarul scaunului trebuie sa urm\u0103reasc\u0103 formele anatomice, cu accent \u00een special asupra zonei lombare care are o sensibilitate sporit\u0103. Sp\u0103tarul trebuie sa aib\u0103 o curbur\u0103 ca suport lombar \u0219i s\u0103 fie reglabil pe \u00een\u0103l\u021bime pentru a adapta suportul lombar dimensiunilor antropometrice personale. Totodat\u0103 este recomandabil ca suportul lombar s\u0103 aib\u0103 \u0219i o raz\u0103 a curburii reglabil\u0103.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\">d) Este bine ca ad\u00e2ncimea sp\u0103tarului s\u0103 fie reglabil\u0103 \u00een a\u0219a fel \u00eenc\u00e2t \u0219i coapsele s\u0103 fie sprijinite pe o suprafa\u021b\u0103 c\u00e2t mai mare c\u00e2t \u0219i contactul cu sp\u0103tarul scaunului sa fie men\u021binut in permanen\u021b\u0103.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\">e) Sp\u0103tarul scaunului este bine s\u0103 fie flexibil \u00een a\u0219a fel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 permit\u0103 mi\u0219carea spatelui utilizatorului \u0219i \u00een acela\u0219i timp s\u0103 ofere \u0219i sprijin permanent. Cele mai potrivite mecanisme de scaun sunt cele de tip syncro \u00een care sp\u0103tarul se mi\u0219c\u0103 f\u00e2\u021b\u0103-spate sincronizat cu \u0219ezutul, dar nu \u00een acela\u0219i unghi, fapt ce permite ca zona lombara sa fie sprijinit\u0103 \u00een orice pozi\u021bie f\u0103r\u0103 a obtura circula\u021bia la nivelul coapselor \u0219i a suprasolicita coloana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\">f) O alt\u0103 zon\u0103 \u00een care se poate prelua o mare parte din greutatea corporal\u0103 este reprezentat\u0103 de bra\u021bele m\u00e2inilor prin sprijinirea acestora pe bra\u021bele scaunului. Pentru ca sprijinul sa fie efectiv bra\u021bele trebuie s\u0103 fie relativ paralele cu podeaua (C). Din acest motiv este recomandabil ca bra\u021bele scaunului s\u0103 fie reglabile vertical. Pentru ca zona de contact sa fie c\u00e2t mai mare si pentru a nu solicita \u00eencheieturile m\u00e2inilor bra\u021bele pot fi reglabile si radial, \u00een special pentru a facilita lucrul cu mouse-ul \u0219i tastatura.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-large is-resized\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8492\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greenforest.ro\/old\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/image-4.png\" alt=\"image 4\" width=\"166\" height=\"228\" \/><\/span><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\">g) Zona cervical\u0103 este sensibil\u0103 \u0219i pentru a evita tensiunile care pot provoca dureri de cap este recomandabil s\u0103 se foloseasc\u0103 o tetier\u0103 care s\u0103 ofere un suport cervical efectiv.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\">h) Pentru a evita suprasolicitarea discurilor intervertebrale \u0219i obturarea circula\u021biei lichidelor prin coloana este recomandabil\u0103 folosirea unor scaune care permit mi\u0219carea tridimensional\u0103 la nivelul \u0219ezutului. Acest efect se poate ob\u021bine \u0219i prin folosirea unei mingi, dar pe termene scurte, de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 30 de minute, alternativ cu folosirea unui scaun ergonomic, care trebuie s\u0103 fie baza pentru munca de birou.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\">i) Pauzele de mi\u0219care de 5-10 minute la fiecare or\u0103 prin ridicarea de pe scaun \u0219i f\u0103cutul unei plimb\u0103ri sau orice alt exerci\u021biu fizic este ac\u021biunea cu cel mai mare impact pozitiv asupra s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><strong>3. Masa \u015fi zona de lucru<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-large\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\">Activit\u0103\u021bile de lucru tip birou \/ studii fiind caracterizate de un efort static predominant este bine ca s\u0103 se creeze condi\u021bii pentru alternarea muncii \u00een pozi\u021bie a\u0219ezat cu cea \u00een picioare fie prin folosirea unui birou reglabil sit-stand fie prin utilizarea unui alt suport de 25 \u2013 40 cm \u00een\u0103l\u021bime pe care s\u0103 v\u0103 a\u0219eza\u021bi laptopul.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\">Corelarea \u00eentre \u00een\u0103l\u021bimea de lucru necesar\u0103 \u00een activit\u0103\u021bile de birou at\u00e2t \u00een pozi\u021bie a\u0219ezat pe scaun c\u00e2t \u0219i \u00een picioare \u0219i dimensiunile antropometrice ale utilizatorului se g\u0103se\u0219te \u00een figura al\u0103turat\u0103.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;
